These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at gutfeeling-now.com(the “Site”) and the Gut Feeling course (the “Course”), operated by REM Vision LLC (“REM Vision LLC”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, purchasing the Course, or otherwise using the Site you agree to these Terms.

The Course and all content on this Site are for general educational and informational purposes only and reflect the personal experience and research of Matan Hakimi. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or care.

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. The Course license is personal — you may not share your account, sell your access, or allow anyone else to use it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that share access, violate these Terms, or use the Site fraudulently.

2. License to the Course

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of the applicable fee, REM Vision LLC grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Course materials on the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not download (except as the Site explicitly permits), copy, redistribute, publicly display, modify, translate, create derivative works from, or resell any part of the Course or other Site content.

3. Payment, refunds & access

The Course is sold as a one-time purchase that grants ongoing access while the Course remains available on the Site. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated and may change at any time, though changes do not retroactively affect purchases already completed.

Because the Course is a digital product delivered immediately, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds except where required by law. If you believe an exceptional circumstance applies, contact hello@gutfeeling-now.com. We may revoke Course access in response to a chargeback, refund, or violation of these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, mirror, or republish any part of the Site or Course;
  • circumvent any access controls, paywalls, or watermarks;
  • use the Site to send spam, malware, or harassment;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
  • use the Site in violation of any applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and all content within the Course — including videos, text, graphics, audio, the “Gut Feeling” brand, logos, and the underlying software — are owned by REM Vision LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

6. Third-party services

The Site relies on third-party services (payment processing, hosting, video streaming, email delivery, and analytics). Use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for content or practices of third-party sites linked from the Site.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND COURSE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR HEALTH-RELATED RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REM VISION LLC, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND INSTRUCTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR COURSE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE COURSE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REM Vision LLC and its affiliates from any claim, demand, or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or Course.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which REM Vision LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
