This Privacy Policy describes how REM Vision LLC (“REM Vision LLC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the operator of the Gut Feeling course and the website at gutfeeling-now.com (the “Site”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you visit the Site, purchase the course, subscribe to the newsletter, or otherwise interact with us.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly: your email address (when subscribing to the newsletter, creating an account, or making a purchase), your name and billing details (collected by our payment processor Stripe, Inc., for orders), and any messages you send us through email or contact forms. We never see or store full payment card numbers ourselves — Stripe handles all card data.

We also collect technical information automatically: IP address, browser type, device, the pages you view, the page that referred you to us, and a click identifier when you arrive through advertising. We use first-party cookies for sign-in sessions and attribution.

2. How we use information

• To provide you access to the course and deliver the newsletter you signed up for.
• To send transactional emails (sign-in links, receipts, account notices).
• To measure marketing performance and attribute purchases to the source that referred you.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized account sharing.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Service providers we use

We share necessary data with a small set of vendors who help us operate the Site:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Vercel — site hosting.
• Neon — database hosting.
• Mux — video streaming for course lessons.
• SendGrid (Twilio) — transactional email delivery.

Each handles only the data necessary to perform its service and is bound by its own privacy and security commitments.

4. Sale of personal data

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

5. Cookies

We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in (session cookie) and to attribute purchases to the marketing source that brought you to us (e.g. a Google Ads click identifier). You may disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Site — including the course player — will not function correctly.

6. Data retention

We retain your account, purchase, and course-access records for as long as your account is active, and as long as needed afterward to comply with tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. We retain visit and attribution logs for up to 24 months.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@gutfeeling-now.comand we'll respond within 30 days.

8. International transfers

Our service providers operate in multiple jurisdictions, including the United States. By using the Site you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in those countries, which may have data-protection laws different from your own.

9. Children

The Site and the course are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the Site or by email.
