The CIA's Healing Manual

The CIA's Healing Manual
What if I told you I found, on the CIA's website, a manual for self-healing, balancing the mind, and channeling?
Would you believe it?
This document (number CIA-RDP96-00788R001700210023-7) is part of official experiments that were classified for decades — and was declassified in 2003.
Sounds unreal — but it's the truth, and it isn't surprising.
We, the inhabitants of the promised land, know very little compared to the knowledge that exists about the nature of our existence.
And this is just a drop in the ocean.
I'm going to attach the manual to you.
I do want to share some interesting things I found in it.
The document I'm going to present is a practical guide based on techniques from the Monroe Institute, declassified by the CIA as part of projects studying consciousness — like the Gateway Process.
This document proves that what some consider "spiritual" or hocus-pocus has been deeply studied by the world's most powerful intelligence agencies.
They understood that the physical body is just the tip of the iceberg, and that our ability to heal ourselves and master our reality depends on our ability to manage the energy system.
The document is essentially a training manual aimed at moving consciousness from ordinary waking awareness (C-1) to expanded states called "Focus 10" (body asleep / mind awake) and "Focus 12" (expanded awareness).
It details a series of breathing, visualization, and affirmation exercises designed to allow a person to control their non-physical energies.
Look at the choice of words at the very beginning. Here's how the document opens:
First affirmation
Say it in your mind, say it to yourself:
"I am more than my physical body, because I am more than physical matter. I can perceive that which is greater than the physical world. Therefore, in these exercises, I deeply desire to expand, to experience, to know, to understand, to control and to use such greater energies and energy systems as may be beneficial and constructive to me and to those who follow me.
Also during these exercises, I deeply desire the help and cooperation, the assistance and understanding of those individuals whose wisdom, development, and experience are equal to or greater than my own.
I ask their guidance and protection from any influence or any source that might provide me with less than my stated desires. I now protect myself as needed from such influence and reject any source that might prevent me from my stated desires."
Second affirmation
"I open this channel of communication only to those whose knowledge, wisdom, development, and experience are equal to or greater than my own. I limit such contact and communication to constructive purpose, and reject anything else. I open such a channel only when I consciously desire it; at any other time, it will remain closed."
What they're essentially saying is that every person has access to higher guidance and to channeling with wise, ancient beings.
So this document offers a mental toolkit for mastering body and mind systems beyond the limits of matter:
- Self-healing and balance: identifying imbalances in the body's systems and correcting them through energetic visualization
- Emotional control: techniques for releasing tension, reducing negative emotional charge, and clearing mental debris
- Cognitive abilities: improving memory, fast entry to sleep, reducing physical pain perception
- Extrasensory perception: potential for Remote Viewing, channeling higher intelligences, and out-of-body experiences
- Reality creation: using the "Focus 12" state to imprint new patterns in life (manifestation)
What's most worth taking from it? (The most practical tools)
Beyond reading the whole manual (which I recommend), here are the most meaningful pieces for me:
1. Entering elevated states of consciousness: Focus 10 and Focus 12
2. Pre-exercise instructions
Before entering any Focus state, the document instructs you to:
Resonant Breathing Exercise. Breathe deep and pull energy from all parts of the physical body up into the head. Hold your breath for a comfortable time (aim for a count of 10) and swirl the energy around the brain. Then exhale slowly through the mouth (like blowing on a candle slowly) and imagine releasing old, used energy through the soles of the feet.
Repeat in stages to fill the body with fresh energy. (Second breath: bring energy to chest and hands. Third: belly. Fourth: pelvis. Fifth: thighs and knees. Sixth: shins and feet.)
The Mental Box — preparation step before practice.
The first thing the manual teaches is that you can't develop while the head is full of noise.
The practice: before any practice or focus-requiring state, imagine you're putting all your problems, worries, and distractions in a box and closing it. That creates immediate mental quiet.
You can do this before practice, meditation, or a workday. Close your eyes and imagine a heavy box. Physically (in imagination) place all worries, tasks, and fears inside.
Why does it work? It creates psychological separation between the I and my problems, and frees up cognitive resources.
The Affirmation: say the affirmation ("I am more than my physical body…") while connecting to a deep desire to expand, experience, know, and understand the non-physical energies.
At no stage of the practice do you need to stick to specific rules or words — let what comes from you lead the process.
Protection step: "The Energy Balloon"
One of the central concepts in the document is the Resonant Energy Balloon — a tool to protect against external influences and maintain vitality.
In practice: during the slow exhalations, imagine an egg-shaped energy field building around the body.
Daily application: a great tool for people who feel they're a sponge for others' emotions. The manual instructs using this to maintain personal sovereignty.
Healing step: Body scan — a tool for self-diagnosis and healing
In practice: in deep relaxation, I imagine a silhouette of the body (like a map). Areas that appear dim or flickering on the map indicate weakness or imbalance.
The correction: imagine a beam of violet light flushing through that area. That's the frequency of healing and recharging.
Daily tools (for use in your physical waking life)
Sleep: for regular, natural, comfortable sleep — lie in a comfortable position, breathe deeply 5 times, and count from 1 to 20. Before you reach 20, you'll enter regular, peaceful sleep.
Improving memory: to recall any part of your life experience, close your eyes and gently touch the center of your forehead with the fingers of your right hand. As you do, you'll immediately remember what you consciously want.
Reducing pain signals: with eyes closed, look at the body part that's the source of pain. While looking, repeat the number 55515 in your head. As you do both, pain signals will slowly decrease until they're no longer important.
Reducing emotional charge: close your eyes, take a deep breath, hold for a moment, then think of the calming and purifying green color. Exhale slowly, and the green energy will push all excess and harmful emotional charges down through the physical system and out through the feet.
Charging the body for speed and power: close your eyes, take a deep breath, think of the physical action to be performed and of the strong red energy. While exhaling, open your eyes and perform the action you want.
To receive fresh new energy for the whole system: close your eyes, spread your physical hands out, palms up. Take a deep breath and hold it for a moment. Think of pure white radiant energy concentrated from above, drawing down onto the palms, then flowing up through the arms and spreading throughout your self. Exhale to balance every part of the body.
Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and hold. Breathe for a moment, think of the healing and cool energy of purple, and look with eyes closed at the part of your body that needs help. Send the flow of purple energy to it. Say in your mind to that part of the body: "Heal, balance." Then exhale and open your eyes.
How to enter Focus 10
This is a state defined as deep vibration / deep relaxation while consciousness stays awake. Entering from regular awareness (C-1):
Initial relaxation: lie or sit in a comfortable position and deeply relax the body, until you feel yourself drifting into full relaxation.
Gradual count on the exhale: when you feel you can't relax further naturally, silently say the number "two" while exhaling.
Continuing the count: notice that you've sunk slightly deeper. If it doesn't happen immediately, wait until you feel the sinking. Only then silently say "three," and continue this way with each exhale until you reach "ten."
Personalization: the level of relaxation at "10" may feel different each time. If you're not satisfied with the level you reached, you can restart from "five" or even from "two."
To return to alertness (C-1): silently count slowly from 10 back to 1. In an emergency, think of a physical limb (like a finger or tongue) and move it to return immediately.
The moment you understand you can heal yourself, all reality as you know it changes.
What's the difference?
Do you know why some people manage to make a world out of this screen, and others don't? Why some are rich and others poor? Why some are healthy and others sick? Why some work very hard to make a living and for others it comes easily?
The answer is belief.
I say it because I've been on both sides — and may switch sides again at some point.
That's the thing: faith is everything in life.
I was sick for 8 years with a disease. I suffered, hated life, hated myself. My body couldn't do what I wanted — it embarrassed me.
For 8 years, I believed there was nothing to do about it. Because I believed there was nothing to do, I also didn't try anything. So I stayed sick.
When a person doesn't believe something can happen, they won't try. Or won't commit to a process.
At some point I learned something new. Someone gave me hope. I decided I was going to heal myself. A new belief formed.
It didn't heal me. It set me out on the path. Reading articles, watching films, working out, learning to cook, changing the diet, fasting, stinging myself with bees, quitting my job, changing the environment, investing in myself — and more than anything — broadcasting to the universe that I wanted something new.
It wasn't easy. Even when I was sure I was on the right path, was off medications, and was doing all sorts of things I believed would heal me — things went sideways.
And even there, when I bled from the intestine again, scared and seeing black, I kept the belief — I'm going to heal myself.
I kept trying, and I'd never have stopped.
It worked. I healed.
It's not only there.
For most of my life I didn't know how to make money. I worked odd jobs, low pay, hated work, was always searching, asking, trying.
I was on the side that asks and needs. I hated it.
At some point a wise man told me I had to know what I wanted. In other words — that I don't have to work hard to make money.
So I started writing what I wanted: "Work a few days a month and make enough money so I have time to travel." I wrote that I wanted to earn ******* by end of year. And all sorts of similar declarations.
And it all happened.
Not because I wrote — because after I wrote, I had to act. So I bought a camera, filmed videos, learned to edit, and posted on Facebook.
Within weeks my life changed (not exaggerating). The right people saw the videos, gave me an opportunity, and everything changed.
What used to look like a nice monthly salary became a salary for a project that required two days of work a month.
Faith. It starts with faith.
Faith in yourself, in God, in the universe, in the hidden, in nature.
It doesn't come with logic, research, or laws.
You won't hear about it on the news, in academia, or in a government meeting.
It's between you and yourself.
Start by writing down what you really want on paper.
