Women's Problems

Women's Problems (and Solutions Too)
Could it be that most women's health problems are caused by the medical treatments they receive?
It's been two years since we released the first Women's Health course.
At the time, we made it because we saw the need. Many women had questions, were acting against their needs and intuition, and mostly didn't know what to do with their "feminine" issues.
Since I'd come to know wise, experienced female practitioners through the podcast, I thought it would be a great way to make that knowledge accessible.
It's done remarkable work so far.
But — over time I increasingly understand that problems, diseases, and a lot of human discomfort and suffering aren't entirely natural.
We were trained to believe this is just how it is.
But why would diseases — specifically women's problems — only become more common over the years?
Every woman has a relationship with her body, and that relationship gets shaped by several voices: her friends, her mother, and her gynecologist.
But why does a woman need a gynecologist?
Why does every woman need a doctor for her femininity? What exactly is the need?
A woman goes to a gynecologist primarily because she was made to think she should. The same way people are convinced to go to a gastroenterologist.
Why go if there's no problem?
A woman was convinced she needs a relationship with a gynecologist — but what does he offer?
1. An invasive exam most women would testify is painful and uncomfortable 2. Birth control pills as default for any issue 3. Injections supposed to prevent various problems (like STDs or pregnancy-related issues) 4. Pharmaceutical preparation for menopause
In other words, a woman has a pre-scripted relationship with pharmacology — with no real connection to her health or physical circumstances.
And all of it is based on introducing toxins into the body.
Because there's no pharmaceutical drug whose substances can't be defined as toxins. Most pharma drugs are petroleum-based, right?
That's why there are so many side effects in the leaflet.
So if we took a healthy woman, gave her a gynecologist, and he gives her toxins — is there any chance she'll feel better or worse?
But let's separate drugs and disease for a second. Because other women will say they have various problems even without taking drugs.
One thing your gynecologist doesn't know is how much of your problems are tied to your lifestyle.
For example, cosmetics — full of substances that disrupt the hormonal system: sunscreen, makeup, deodorant, perfume, night cream, day cream, after-shower cream.
These have been linked to breast cancer, hormonal imbalance, and chronic illness.
Diet that spikes insulin — has been linked to facial hair growth, weight gain, breakouts, chronic illness, fertility issues, menopause symptoms, and PCOS.
Drugs — acetaminophen, antibiotics, synthetic hormones, and birth control. As mentioned — just read the side-effects leaflet.
Stress — we gave a woman who came into this world to bring life all sorts of stressful tasks and obligations. If she doesn't know how to eat right, set boundaries, or practice meditation, yoga, and good sleep — there'll be a price.
Men and women are very different physiologically. There are things men can do without their health being damaged, and women can't.
You can see this in simple studies like the different effects of intermittent fasting on men vs. women.
But you might say — Matan, if women don't take the pill, they'll get pregnant unintentionally.
How about… you tell me:
- How many women know they ovulate only one day a month?
- How many know when that day is?
- How many learn this in school or in the medical system?
- How many women receive any sexual education? Conservative? Open? Permissive?
A handful out of millions.
Or you might say — but if women don't take synthetic hormones, they'll suffer menopause symptoms.
- How many women know what menopause is?
- How long does it last?
- What's its purpose?
- Why do symptoms suddenly appear?
- And not just to be afraid of it…
A handful out of millions.
It's because no one has an interest in creating sovereign people who take responsibility for their health.
How many women know the effects of sugar — which gets pushed into every product and every commercial — on their health?
We're being steered away from our essence. And we think we're broken.
But the truth is — we're perfect beings. Stories and tracks were built to channel us into a world of problems and solutions.
Women are the driving force of this world — the creators of life. And the industries take all the beauty and meaning out of being a woman. From shaming "dirty" menstruation, to hiding beauty with makeup, to canceling the monthly cycle with pills.
But the real solutions don't require pills and toxins. They require a real acquaintance with the body and life.
Dear women and men — we built these courses to give value that's priceless.
Watch them. Take back the power into your own hands.
Man — if you care about the women in your life — mother, daughter, partner, friend — buy a gift for the woman you love.
