The Most-Played Episodes of the Gut Feeling Podcast
Ever since I created the podcast, I've been exposed to people and ideas that changed my life and changed who I am, and along with me, they've changed the lives of the listeners too.
It's a little annoying to write an article about the most-played episodes, because I don't like prioritizing some episodes over others, even though it's obvious to me why the most popular ones caught on with more people.
Part of it has to do with the episode title, what you'd call "clickbait" (not done on purpose).
And part of it has to do with how willing a person is to dig into the subjects we usually avoid facing.
It's easier to listen to an episode about the importance of sun exposure than to an episode about resolving conflicts with our parents.
Personally, I think that to really get the most out of the podcast's content, you should listen to all the episodes.
The episodes complement one another, and together they help us understand life, ourselves, nature, our health, and the people in our lives a little better.
They help us become better people, for ourselves and for those around us.
Here are the most-played episodes:
- Episode 114 – What is our life lesson, and how free are we really? With Dr. Nader Butto
- Episode 94 – How to heal ourselves with the mind. With Ran Kalif
- Episode 85 – How to create a new reality. With Chen Refson-Harel
- Episode 81 – How to change habits. With Niv Paran
- Episode 44 – How to get closer to happiness. With Nissim Amon
- Episode 99 – On social polarization. With Dr. Micah Goodman
- Episode 121 – On the path to abundance and happiness. With Dr. Oz Guterman
- Episode 76 – How sun exposure can change our lives. With Dr. Adiel Tel-Oren
- Episode 54 – How sleep can change our lives. With Dr. Michael Herling
- Episode 87 – Why is health freedom? With Eliran De Mayo
