The CIAs Declassified Self-Healing Manual
What if I told you that I found, on the CIA's own website,
a manual for self-healing, balancing the mind, and channeling,
would you believe me?
This document (number CIA-RDP96-00788R001700210023-7)
is part of official experiments that were classified for decades
and was cleared for release in 2003.
It sounds unreal,
but it's the truth, and it isn't surprising.
We know very little relative to the knowledge that exists and the essence of our own existence.
And this is just a drop in the ocean.
So broadly speaking, I'll point you to the manual (it's publicly available on the CIA's reading room site).
But I do want to share with you a few interesting things I found in it.
The document I'm going to lay out for you is a practical manual based on techniques from the Monroe Institute, which was cleared for release by the CIA as part of projects dealing with consciousness research, like the "Gateway Process."
This document proves that what certain people consider "spiritual" or hocus-pocus was studied in depth by the most powerful intelligence agencies in the world.
They understood that the physical body is just the tip of the iceberg, and that our ability to heal ourselves and control our reality depends on our ability to manage the energetic system.
The document is essentially a training manual designed to shift consciousness from a state of ordinary alertness (C-1) to expanded states of consciousness called "Focus 10" (mind awake / body asleep)
and "Focus 12" (expanded awareness).
It details a series of breathing, visualization, and affirmation exercises designed to let a person control their non-physical energies.
Notice, right from the start, the remarkable choice of words.
Here's how the document begins:
First affirmation.
Say it in your mind, say it to yourself:
"I am more than my physical body. Because I am more than physical matter,
I can perceive that which is greater than the physical world.
Therefore, in these exercises, I deeply desire to expand, to experience, to know, to understand,
to control, and to use such greater energies and energy systems as may be beneficial
and constructive to me and to those who follow me.
Also during these exercises,
I deeply desire the help and cooperation, the assistance, and the understanding of
those individuals whose wisdom, development, and experience are equal to or greater
than my own.
I ask their guidance and protection from any influence
or any source that might provide me with less than my stated desires.
I now protect myself as necessary from such influence, and reject any source that might
hinder me from my stated desires."
Second affirmation.
"I open this communication channel only to those whose knowledge,
wisdom, development, and experience are equal to or greater than my own.
I restrict such contact and communication to constructive purposes,
and reject anything else.
I open such a channel only when I consciously desire it; at any other time, it will remain closed."
What they're essentially saying here is that every person has access to higher guidance and to channeling with high, wise, ancient beings.
So this document actually offers a mental toolbox for controlling the body's and mind's systems beyond the limits of matter:
Self-healing and balance: identifying imbalances in the body's systems and correcting them through energetic visualization.
Emotional control: techniques for releasing tension, reducing negative emotional charge, and clearing mental debris.
Cognitive abilities: improving memory, falling asleep quickly, and reducing physical pain sensation.
Extrasensory perception: the potential for "remote viewing," channeling higher intelligences, and out-of-body experiences.
Reality creation: using the "Focus 12" state to embed new patterns in life (manifestation).
What's most worth taking from it? (The most practical tools)
If you want to apply the core of the manual,
beyond recommending you go through it yourself,
here are some of the things that were most meaningful to me.
1\. Entering the higher states of consciousness, Focus 10 and Focus 12.
2\. Instructions for beginning each exercise.
Before entering each of the Focus states, the document instructs you to perform the following:
First, the Resonant Breathing Exercise.
Inhale deeply and draw energy from every part of the physical body up into the head,
hold the breath for a comfortable length of time (aiming for a count of 10) and swirl the energy around the brain.
Then exhale slowly through the mouth (as if slowly blowing out a candle) and imagine releasing old, used-up energy out through the soles of the feet.
Repeat this in stages to fill the body with fresh energy.
(On the second breath, bring energy to the chest and arms; on the third, to the abdomen; on the fourth, to the pelvis; on the fifth, to the thighs and knees; and on the sixth, to the calves and the soles of the feet.)
1\. The preparation stage before practice: the "Mental Box"
The first thing the document teaches is that you can't develop while your head is full of noise.
The practice: before any session or any state that requires focus, imagine placing all your problems, worries, and distractions in a box and closing it. This creates immediate mental quiet.
You can do this before starting a practice, a meditation, or a workday.
Close your eyes and imagine a heavy box, and physically (in your imagination) place all your worries, tasks, and fears into it.
Why does it work?
It creates a psychological separation between the "me" and "my problems," and frees up cognitive resources.
2\. The affirmation: you say the affirmation ("I am more than my physical body...") while connecting to a deep desire to expand, to experience, to know, and to understand the non-physical energies.
\* At no stage of the practice is there a need to cling to specific rules and words. Let whatever comes from you lead the process.
3\. The protection stage: the "Energy Bubble"
One of the central concepts in the document is the Resonant Energy Balloon.
It's a tool for protection from outside influences and for preserving vitality.
In practice: during the slow exhalations, imagine an egg-shaped energy field being built around the body.
Day-to-day application:
This is an excellent tool for people who feel they're a sponge for others' emotions. The manual instructs you to use it to maintain personal sovereignty.
4\. The healing stage: body scan, a tool for self-diagnosis and healing.
In practice: in a state of deep relaxation, I imagine a silhouette of the body (like a map),
and areas that appear dim or flickering on the map point to weakness or imbalance.
The correction: imagine a beam of purple light washing over that area. This is a frequency of healing and recharging.
One of the most interesting things in the document is the everyday tools
(for use in your physical waking life)
Sleep:
To enter ordinary, natural, restful sleep,
lie in a comfortable position, take 5 deep breaths, and count from 1 to 20.
Before you reach 20, you'll drift into ordinary, peaceful sleep.
To improve memory:
To remember any part of your life experience, close your eyes and gently touch the fingers of your right hand to the center of your forehead.
As you do this, you'll immediately recall and remember what you consciously want.
To reduce pain signals:
With eyes closed, look at the part of the body that's the source of the pain.
As you look, repeat the number 55515 in your head.
As you do these two things, the pain signals will slowly diminish until they no longer matter.
To reduce emotional charge:
Close your eyes, inhale deeply, hold the breath for a moment,
and then think of the calming, purifying color green.
As you do this, exhale slowly, and the green energy will push all the excess and harmful emotional charges down through
your physical system and out through the soles of your feet.
To charge the body with speed and power:
Close your eyes, inhale deeply, think of the physical action to be performed and of the strong energy of red.
As you exhale, open your eyes and perform the action you want to accomplish.
To receive new, fresh energy for the whole system:
Close your eyes, spread your physical hands out, palms facing up,
then inhale deeply and hold the breath for a moment.
Think of radiant, pure white energy focused from above and concentrating downward onto your palms,
then flowing up through the arms and spreading throughout your entire self,
and exhale to balance every part of the body.
Close your eyes, inhale deeply and hold.
Breathe for a moment, think of the healing, cool energy of purple, and with eyes closed look at the part of your body that needs help. Send the flow of purple energy to it,
say in your mind to that part of the body, "Heal, balance," then exhale and open your eyes.
How to enter the Focus 10 state
This is a state defined as deep vibration / deep relaxation while consciousness stays awake.
Entering it from ordinary awareness (C-1) is done like this:
Initial relaxation: lie or sit in a comfortable position and relax the body deeply,
until you feel yourself drifting into full relaxation.
Gradual counting on the exhale: when you feel you can't relax any further naturally, say in your mind the number "two" while exhaling.
Continuing the count: notice that you sink a bit deeper. If it doesn't happen right away, wait until you feel the sinking. Only then say in your mind "three," and continue this way with each exhale until you reach the number "ten."
Personalization: the level of relaxation at "10" can feel different each time. If you're not satisfied with the level of relaxation you reached on the count, you can start the count over from the number "five" or even from the number "two."
To return to the waking state (C-1):
Count slowly in your mind from 10 back down to 1. In an emergency, think of a physical limb (like a finger or the tongue) and move it to return immediately.
The moment you realize you can heal yourself,
all of reality as you know it changes.
What's the difference?
You know why some people will manage to extract a whole world from this document,
while others won't do anything with it?
You know why certain people are rich and others are poor?
Why some are healthy and others sick?
Why some work very hard to make a living and for others it comes easily?
The answer is belief.
And I say this because I've been on both sides,
and it's possible I'll switch sides again at some point in life.
Here's the thing,
belief is everything in life.
I was sick for 8 years with an illness. I suffered, I hated life, I hated myself,
my body couldn't do what I wanted it to do. It embarrassed me.
And for 8 years I believed there was nothing to be done about it.
Because I believed there was nothing to be done,
I also didn't try anything.
And I stayed sick.
When a person doesn't believe something can happen, they won't try. Or they won't commit to the process.
At some point I learned something new.
Someone gave me hope.
I decided I was going to heal myself.
A new belief was born.
It didn't heal me,
it got me moving,
reading articles, watching films, going out to exercise, learning to cook, changing my diet, fasting, stinging myself with bees, quitting my job, changing my environment, investing in myself, and more than anything, signaling to the universe that I wanted something new.
It wasn't easy.
Even when I was already sure I was on the right path, and had already gotten off the medications, and had done all sorts of things I believed would heal me,
things went wrong.
And even there, when I bled again from my intestine, I panicked and everything went black before my eyes.
I held on to the belief: I am going to heal myself.
And I kept trying and would never stop.
It worked. I healed myself.
And it's not just there.
For most of my life I didn't know how to make money. I worked odd jobs, miserable pay, hated the work, always searching, always asking, always trying to get by.
I was on the side that asks and needs. I hated it.
At some point a wise person told me I needed to know what I wanted.
And in other words, that I didn't have to work hard to make money.
So I started writing down for myself what I wanted:
"To work few days a month and make enough money that I have time to travel."
I wrote down that I wanted to earn a certain amount by the end of the year,
and all sorts of other affirmations like that.
And it all happened,
not because I wrote it,
but because after I wrote it, I had to act.
So I bought a camera, filmed videos, learned to edit video, and posted on social media.
Within weeks my life changed (no exaggeration).
The right people saw the videos, gave me a chance, and from there everything changed.
What had looked to me like a nice monthly salary
became a salary for a project that required two days of work a month.
Belief.
It starts with belief.
Belief in yourself, in God, in the universe, in the hidden, in nature.
It doesn't come with reasoning, studies, or logic.
You won't hear about it on the news, in academia, or in a government cabinet meeting.
It's yours, between you and yourself.
Start by writing down what you truly want on a piece of paper.
